Well, it is a take it or leave it film. Nice for a one time watch perhaps. Lovable if we ignore some parts of the film that may feel as rough edges.
The story is cliché But the heroine is kind of lovable. So if you will like a film based on the cuteness of the actors in it, you might find this film quiet enjoyable. But if you look at the logics of the story more than the actors, it might not suit your likes.The film has moments that will make us laugh. But it tries too hard to bring touching moments. The ending felt a bit too cliché.
The film is based on a Manhwa (Korean Manga) of the same name written by Guiyeoni. The story wouldn't be too bad for a Manga or Manhwa. Actually the story would be too good for a Manga/Manhwa. But as a film...we try to apply more logics to the story, and hence might fail us. (I haven't read the Manhwa of this yet)
Even though with all of this, this movie was a major mega hit. And a lot of people love this movie.
Story line : Han Ee-won is a cheerful high school girl. One day she makes a mistake on commenting offensively about an unknown guy (unknown to her only) in a social networking site. The unknown guy (to her) turns out to be the Ji Eun-sung, the notorious bully of another high school near by. Eun-sung starts to call Ee-won and threaten her and follows her with his gang.
On this course, one day, Ee-won falls down accidently on Eun-sung, and their lips meet. After this Eun-sung declares that Ee-won should be his girlfriend, coz that was his first kiss when he is a guy who doesn't even hold hand of girls or go near them. Since Ee-won violated his pure body she should take responsibility and be his girlfriend and get married to him later on, or so he says.
And before Ee-won can decline or anything he starts behaving as her boyfriend.
