About Studio Ghibli
Studio Ghibli （株式会社スタジオジブリ） is a Japanese animation studio based in Koganei, Tokyo, Japan. The studio has produced various anime films and nine of their films are on top 20 highest-grossing anime films with Golden Bear and Academy Award® winning Spirited Away being the highest on the list, grossing nearly USD 275 million worldwide. The second and third highest-grossing anime films are also by the same director Hayao Miyazaki, Howl's Moving Castle USD 235 million and Ponyo USD 201 million.
Studio Ghibli also have a museum called Ghibli Museum, Mitaka in Tokyo. While I can't find their work philosophy on their official website, I found some words from Hayao Miyazaki (co-founder and executive director of Studio Ghibli, Inc.) on the museum's website which I think would make a good reflection of their passion in animation and filmmaking!

PS. After reading them, it made me want to visit Ghibli Museum even more! I will try to visit the museum in the (near, I hope) future myself when I have my own income!
