Cooking No.9 / Green tea Kanten with soy milk and anko / High fiber dessert

Unsweetened green tea Kanten,soy milk and sweet Anko(Red bean paste).
I always make healthy desserts for my husband.
Kanten is made from tasteless and odorless sea weeds.
I prefer Kanten to Gelatin because it is very healthy.
It contains water soluble dietary fiber.
In Japan,some diabetic patients eat Kanten dish before eating meals.


Green tea Kanten
Ingredients
Kanten powder 4g×2
Green tea or your favorite tea 
(I used 5 tea bags this time)
Water 1,000cc(Hard Kanten) to 1,200cc(Soft Kanten)
For topping,soy milk,almond milk,anko,honey,syrup and so on.

You can buy Kanten powder at Japanese super market.
It is not so expensive.



 First,add Kanten powder in to the pan.







To dissolve Kanten powder,bring the water to a boil for 2min.


Pour the water into a container.
Please use filter to remove solids.



I can recommend packed red bean paste not a canned.
Packed anko is inexpensive.
