These vegetables are called "Haru no Nanakusa".
It means spring 7 herbs of Japan.
Seri,Nazuna,Gokyo,Hakobera,Hotokenoza,Suzuna,Suzushiro...
Japanese kids used to recite the name of seven herbs.

It warms and heals our stomach.
