Unboxing [UK]: Samurai Flamenco - Part 2: Collector's Edition (Blu-ray)

In addition to the Funimation items I also acquired some Anime Limited sets from MCM Birmingham. These were pretty solid deals so I decided to grab them sooner than later.

Samurai Flamenco is a 2013 original anime series from studio Manglobe and published by Aniplex. Samurai Flamenco had a rough time due to the strange direction it took and made even worse by poor sales and Aniplex of America not even bothering to release the show at all. Anime Limited were nice enough to release the show on Blu-ray for the UK, though it took some time due to the poor sales of the first half.

The Anime Limited Collector's Edition release is based on their French branch's set so it also offers French support (dub & sub). The UK collector's set contains the second half of the show (episodes 12-22) in both French & Japanese audio with English & French subtitles plus a 20 page booklet housed inside a box with a digipack for the discs. Anime Limited are the only English distributor to release the show on Blu-ray so this is a French authoring (@anime). The region is B only and the subtitles are locked.
