Looking for:
- 1-2 persons who can commit to 3 months + (priorities given to those who can stay the longest)
- Great for working professionals (couples or friends)
- Available end of Aug (dates negotiable)
- 180,000 (utilities not included) or 185,000 (including one pocket wifi)
- Initial cost: 40,000 deposit + 180,000 first month rent (no need for key money or gift money)
About the house
- 7 min walk from JR Yamanote Ootsuka station (大塚駅)
- Amazing neighborhood with shopping streets and Michelin Star ramen places
- Big master bedroom with access to big yard and has a King sized bed + sofabed
- 2nd Bedroom has a temporary wall (not completely private) Double sized bed + sofabed
- Kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, and fridge
- The house is large and roomy, not your average cheap/crowded shared house!
- In unit washer-dryer
- Fully furnished with all the things you'd need (just move in with a suitcase!)
