Wagashi is Japanese traditional sweets.
We eat wagashi with green tea.
But coffee is also good.

This wagashi is limited dessert during the Kanazawa Hyakumangoku festival.

Jibu-ni is a regional cuisine of Ishikawa prefecture.

Ishikawa prefecture's sushi is very fresh.
Because the prefecture is facing the sea of Japan.
It is a good fishing area.
Sashimi on the vinegared rice bowl is called CHirashi/Chirashi-zushi or Kaizen-don.
It is a kind of sushi.
Many kinds of soy sauce.
There are small factories.
Hot natural springs in hotel.
