Many people are suffering from Depression.
But they can get well completly if they follow some vital 6 points.
1,First of all,consult a doctor and take medicines.
2,Drink warm water.Especially warm distilled water.
Warm water is called Sayu in Japan and it really works in many ways.
(Beauty,Diet,Anti-aging...etc)
Mental suffered people have cold body.
Warm distilled water will remove their coldness and heart's problems.
3,Do light exercises or stretch every day at least 10 min.
Depression is a kind of possession by their negative-thinking.
Negative thinking grows as self-evil spirit and will bother you.
But self-evil spirit can't bother you if you move your body.
4,Take early morning's sunshine(White blue color) not a sunset light.
Avoid loving sunset light because it removes human power.
5,Think about happy things in your life.Because you are already lucky to be able to live.
Many suffering people want to die.
But you are allowed to live by God.
You are very lucky person even if you have a lot of problems.
6,Do Butsudan ritual for all your sacred ancestors.
Your all ancestors are loving you and watching you.
You are not alone.
I think suffering people can't do No,5 and 6.
But do it.
You are sure to recover original power.
