Do Re Mi Fa So L a Si Do (Korean)

One if the most touching films I have seen.
Though the ending is a bit dramatic, it becomes the stereotype romance. And it is also a bit different in a way. Some of us may find this film boring or too much of a drama, but i really did like this film. The songs in the film are pretty good. And Jang Guen-sook is quiet young in this film and looks more handsome than he looks in any other film or drama.

Somehow, I liked the friendship's aspect more. The dark sided friendship of Jung-won and Hee-won is quiet something that you can't see in any other film or book.

Dark sides of this film that comes is raw life kind of a thing. And that gripped me. And it made the over dramatic romance a bit worth it.

Story Synopsis : Jung-won works in an amusement park as a dragon (wearing a stuffed toy suit of a dragon). One day she gets mad at some boys who were teasing her, and throw cola at once boy. Then she is surprised to know that that boy, Eun-gyu, has moved to her neighbouring house with his family.

Eun-gyu is in a band and is quiet popular in his school, but he doesn't like any girl. But he takes a liking to Jung-won, and slowly Jung-won also likes him, and they become a couple.

Soon, Jung-won meets a particular band mate of Eun-gyu, who has a past with her. This guy, Hee-won was her best friends till 2 years back. He hates her now. Really hates her to the extend to let his friends physically hurt her and beat her to pulp. Because 2 years back Jung-won had reported a hit and run case to the police, whose culprit happened to be Hee-won's dad. That incident had taken away Hee-won's family, when his dad went to jail, and his mom got hospitalized due to shock.

Jung-won is really stuck with guilt, and want to support her friend. But she is torn between her boy-friend, Eun-gyu and her ex-friend Hee-won, who doesn't have anyone else. And Hee-won doesn't have any guilt or regret in keeping Jung-won to himself. His personality is a bit dark and twisted, and with good reason. If who he has is Jung-won only, then he will do whatever it keeps to keep her to him, even ignore the fact that she wants to be with Eug-gyu.

And when Jung-won is made to choose her guilt and responsible feel make her chose Hee-won over Eun-gyu.
But will Eun-gyu survive the heart break???
