Swich, Publika

Publika in recent years has seen many new restaurant, cafe, bakery opening they store here. Swich looks like just one of these batch. But they make their name with their signature Cempedak Fruit Tutti cake that won awards from KLTimeout 2013.

I pass by them today and try out their cake. The boss is very friendly and explain their food to me.

In the end I try their signature Cempedak Fruti Tutti Cake.
I have to say I am surprise with the taste of the cake. Never know cempedak would make a good cake. Left me wondering why no one think of it before. The top is sprinkle with coconut slice.
