Project Makeover (Korean)

One of the funniest Korean movies. It is not such a big hit movie, but I liked it though. The story is kind of new and has a lot of funny moments in it.
It tells us what mistakes would be done and that some mistakes are never meant to be corrected...or something like 'we can't change past' so don't keep regretting on it.

The film has other English names also such like 'Go Go Sister', 'Operation Makeover'. It's original Korean name is 'Onni kha khanda...' which literally means 'go go sister'.

Story Synopsis : Na Jung-ju is an unsuccessful 30 year old lady. She works as an assistant for a big designer and her life is going no where from there. She is blaming her failure on her old high school time ex-boy friend Jo Hani. Jo Hani had played with her when she was just a teenager and dumped her painfully given her first heart break. Now he is a big famous celebrated singer. And every time Na Jung-ju see his posters or pictures or hoardings she just can't suppress the anger.
Around that time, she again meets her high school best friend 'Oh Tae-hyun' after a long time. Apparently his is a successful business man now and he tells her that she was his first love. And ask her out.
Then her current best friend back stabs her and goes out with Tae-hyun and then due to an accident on the ramp Na Jong-ju gets fired from her job.
She is fed up with her life and on her mother's death anniversary she gets drunk and sleeps off. Then she see the her computer has got a power given by her dead mother to go back in time.
She can change all the mistakes she has yet done in life.
First she corrects the accident and stops herself from getting fired  But is that enough? She need to start from the very moment her life began to go wrong. That is form the moment she began to go out with Jo-hani.
The older Na Youg-ju arrives in to the younger Na You-ju's life, and declare herself to be her cousin sister and try her best to stop younger Young-ju going out with Jo-Hani. She try to get young Tae-hyun and Joung-ju together, but younger Joung-ju doesn't like that at all...

One of the cutest films, and awfully funny. Also touches us a bit in the end. And ends in a nice way.

My Ratings of this Movie :8.5/10
