Ingredients
Potatoes,Aonori(Japanese seaweed powder),Mayonnaise,Yuzu-kosho(citrus pepper seasoning)
We are into Yuzu-kosho these days.
It has very fresh Yuzu-citrus flavor and not so spicy.
My husband loves to eat Yuzu-kosho with grilled chicken and beef steak.
Generally,you can use this in all kinds of dishes.
($4-5 at Japanese super market in Manhattan)
Aonori or Aosa-nori.(Japanese seaweed powder/$1.39)
There is a Aonori Potato-chips in Japan.
Very popular flavor.
It is called Nori-shio.
Let's cook my Japanese french fries.
Make potatoes dry before frying.
After frying,sprinkle Aonori and pinch of salt on the fries.
You can eat fries without sauce.
But my sauce is very easy.
Only mayonnaise and Yuzu-kosho.
